Human beings are children of God.

One of the doctrines learned in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is that all mankind are children of God. In 1995 in “The Family: A Proclamation to the World,” explained in detail this doctrine “All human beings—male and female—are created in the image of God. Each is a beloved spirit son or daughter of heavenly parents, and, as such, each has a divine nature and destiny.” And the proclamation mentioned three times “His children” and two “son-daughter” to point out this doctrine.

If human beings could see as brother and sister, there is no racism, racial segregation, classism, or any kind of discrimination worldwide. The doctrine that we are children of God teaches us to love one another and help others in need. President Oaks remembered us in October 2021 what are the things that members of the church make to help others. One of the practices of membership is to fast at least on the first Sunday of the month and contribute with the money in their offerings to help people. The church invited us to have a Day of service to assist others in need. Besides, we take care of ministering to our members; if someone is more blessed than another, he/she can help others in need, and we enjoy silently.
